Terms of Service
Last updated October 29, 2026
By creating a page on mybio.fan you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Your page
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create a page.
- You are responsible for everything you publish and link to, and you keep the rights to your content.
- Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim names that impersonate others, infringe trademarks or sit unused for a long time.
Not allowed
- Illegal content, or links to it; malware, phishing or deceptive redirects.
- Impersonating a person or brand, or misleading visitors about who you are.
- Harassment, hate, or content that sexualizes minors.
- Adult content without turning on the Sensitive content setting.
- Spam, scraping, or attempts to break or overload the service.
We may hide or remove pages that break these rules, and suspend accounts that do so repeatedly.
The service
mybio.fan is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for content published by creators.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect. You can delete your account at any time.
