Privacy Policy
Last updated October 29, 2026
mybio.fan gives creators a single page for their links. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, a hashed password and your username.
- Page content: the name, bio, photos, links and social handles you add. Your page is public by design.
- Visit statistics: when someone opens a page or clicks a link we record the time, the country (from the network, not GPS), the device type and the referring website. We do not store visitor IP addresses with these statistics and we ignore known bots.
- Subscribers: if a visitor joins a creator's list through an Email signup block, their email address is stored for that creator.
How we use it
- To run your page and your account, and to show you your analytics.
- To keep the service safe — for example, rate limits against spam and abuse.
- We do not sell personal data and we do not show third-party ads.
Creators and their subscribers
When a visitor subscribes on a creator's page, that creator decides how to use the address and is responsible for complying with applicable email laws. Visitors can ask the creator — or us — to remove their address.
Cookies and analytics
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (with IP anonymization and advertising features turned off). Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked first and can decline. Public pages use your browser's session storage to count a visit once. We do not use advertising cookies.
Signing in with Google
If you continue with Google, we receive your name, e-mail address and profile photo from Google to create your account. We never get your Google password.
Embedded content
Players from YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Vimeo, Apple Music and TikTok load from those services and are governed by their own privacy policies. YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced domain.
Your choices
You can edit or delete anything on your page at any time, export your subscribers, and delete your account from Settings — which removes your page, links, statistics and subscribers.
